Our home improvement project is going a bit slower than planned…I know, I know, all of you are SHOCKED.
We are lucky because my parents live close by and we can crash with them for a few weeks. While it might bother most 30-something’s to live with their parents, I’m TOTALLY OKAY with it.
Here’s why: #1 – My parents are actually VERY COOL…my mom loves to dance…
And so does my dad…
#2 – They have a HUMUNGOUS television…
#3 – Their refrigerator always has awesome food in it…
#4 – I don’t have to call my mom for advice, I just go down to the kitchen table…
#5 – Their cat, Mason, curls up next to you & purrs & the vibration is kinda like a leg massage.
I love living with mom and dad…and Mark loves it too (but that’s what he has to say when his in-laws read this blog.) 🙂

People used to ask how I was best friends with my parents, well, they were really fun and we had so much in common! I think we are so lucky to have that whether or not it makes us geeky, frankly it doesn’t matter. 😉
