I saw the Blair Witch Project in high school and it scared the bejesus out of me.
So, I was not thrilled with this…
Tell me you remember those creepy hand prints on the wall at the end of that movie!
The ghost (Mark’s) handprints came as he painted and caulked the outside of the window frame.
Here’s an even scarier picture from the day.
Mark doesn’t blink an eye getting up on that ladder, but it scares the crap out of me.
Mostly because I know his mother would kill me if he fell…right, Mrs. A?! 🙂
When he wasn’t climbing the ladder, Mark used old wood from the basement to cut and build a new window frame because the old one was not 100% level.
He scraped out every last bit of the old frame.
The new frame and window fit in perfectly. Look at the difference between the black window and the white one!
You know the other way to tell that it’s been a productive renovation weekend?
Empty beer cases. Mark says the Coronas help him think better.
I don’t even know what to say to that.

The Corona must have worked the finished window looks great. Good work, but I would wait until I was done on the ladder before I put on my thinking cap. 🙂
