When you buy a new house, your family comes over to toast your new adventure and to bring the most important housewarming gifts.
Toilet paper and pizza.
We just closed on an old Victorian house in Lawrenceville. It’s a beauty…a grand ol’ dame of house that needs a lot of love.
It’s going to be different from our current renovation. It’s more of a RESTORATION…we’re going to bring it back to life!
First things first…
Vacuuming!

Wow! Amazing, I’ve followed your blog the whole way. How did you make the decision to do it again so soon, was it difficult given how much love and money you poured out to your current house? We are nearly finished on our renovation and whilst the idea was to always do it again, and soon I am sad to say goodbye! Justine xxx
This new house came up out of nowhere and it was an opportunity we just couldn’t pass up! We are little overwhelmed but we’re going to just keep moving forward! (very slowly though) 🙂
Excited for you both! If anyone can do it again, I know you both can and will. After all Courtney, you guys make it look easy!
Thanks for the encouragement!! I’ll be honest…we’re a tad overwhelmed!
Your home is beautiful! Can’t wait to see the new one being transformed!
Thank you! We are excited too…it’s gonna take a long time!
