Getting ready for baby and “nesting” hardcore over here!
And it’s not just limited to the baby’s room…I am like a madwoman trying to put the finishing touches on the rest of the house!
I’ve forced Mark to hang more art and pictures in the last 3 weeks than he’s done in his entire life.
I love it all.
It really makes the house feel like a home.
Our finished kitchen really rounds everything out!
The kitchen remodel was our last BIG project and it feels soooooo good to have it done!
I think the last missing piece will be our little peanut!

Honestly, I find the finishing touches harder than any part of a project. We have stacks of artwork waiting to be nailed to a wall. Good on you guys for getting it done!
All this time when you have a picture of you and Mark at a restaurant I thought you always asked the waitress to take the pic. But now I see you have a selfie stick. As Dionne Warrick sang “A house is not a home without you there”. Baby makes it a really wonderful home. Oh and yes it is a beautiful home.
