I know all of you saw my Instagram and Facebook posts about the new fitness journey my sister and I are going on together!
We were initially excited just to do this for ourselves, but then we saw the outpouring of messages and comments we got from all of you saying how motivating and inspiring it is and now it feels bigger than us!
Our trainer’s name is JB and we work with him 2 days a week at SHAPE Training in East Liberty. We focus on strength, endurance, agility, power…almost everything you can think of.
Every session is different. Sometimes we box or lift weights or do bodyweight exercises. He mixes it up each time. Kelly and I both do cardio on our own two days a week when we’re not with JB.
Kelly is looking to get stronger, leaner and to her healthiest weight. I’m looking to work on my endurance and get stronger.
We’ll get a body scan every 6 weeks that tells us our body fat, lean muscle mass and how we’re progressing! Looking forward to sharing this with you…are you also interested in the healthy eating aspect of it?!
